Privacy policy

Nada (nada-world.com) lets you change a song by chatting: slow it down, add reverb, mute the vocals, sing along, and keep versions. This page says what Nada keeps about you, why, and how to have it removed.
What Nada keeps
- Your account. Your name, and your email address if you sign in with Google. Passwords are never stored in a readable form, and Nada never sees your Google password.
- What you make. The songs you add, your changes and versions, recordings, chat messages, and the videos you ask to post.
- How the site is used. Simple counts of what happens on the site, such as a song opened, played or downloaded, and which of our YouTube videos brought you here. There are no ads.
- Analytics and session recordings. An analytics service records how pages are used: the pages you visit, what you click and type, and recordings of your visit that we can replay to see where the site is hard to use. Passwords and email addresses are hidden in recordings, and what you send through Contact us is not recorded. If you are signed in, this is linked to your account.
- Limits. To keep the free trial fair, a scrambled form of your IP address is kept with a daily count.
- Technical logs, used to keep the site working.
Cookies
Nada uses the cookies it needs to work: one to keep you signed in, one to keep your edits while you try Nada without an account, and a short-lived one during Google sign-in. Its analytics service also keeps a cookie and local storage to tell one visit from another. There are no advertising cookies.
How it is used
To run Nada for you: sign you in, store and play your songs, carry out the changes you ask for, post the videos you send for review, tell you what happened to them, keep the service fair and safe, and see where the site can be better. Nada does not sell your data or use it for advertising. It is shared only with the service providers that host and run Nada for us, and only for that purpose.
Google user data
When you sign in with Google, Nada asks only for your basic profile and email address, and uses them only to make and identify your account and, if you send a video for review, to tell you what happened to it. They are not shared with anyone else, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models. Nada’s use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Nada uses YouTube API Services to post videos to Nada’s own YouTube channel, run by Nada’s admins. It does not ask for access to your YouTube account. See the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
How long it is kept
- A song’s audio is removed from storage after 24 hours without use (you can restore it later from its link); songs in the public catalog are kept while they are public.
- Your account and what you made are kept until you ask for them to be deleted.
- Backups are kept for 30 days.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, for it to be corrected, or for your account and everything in it to be deleted. It is done within 30 days. A contact address for these requests will be listed here soon. You can also clear Nada’s cookies in your browser at any time.
Children
Nada is not meant for children under 13, and doesn’t knowingly keep their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date. See also the terms of service.
